Responsible for Supporting the program director in program steering and overseeing

Main missions:
-
Plan & manage Governance committees
-
Coordinate Program activities and support the Program Director in the organization/delivery of the Program

Ensure all dimensions of the Program are under control and executed according to planning
-
Support the Program Director in the preparation of various meetings (30 minutes with, Governance meeting, OPIARCC, SPC…)

Monitor Program Progress & Risks

Support the Program director in communication and stakeholders management
-
Centralizing and delivering information to the right stakeholders
-
Skills/experience
-
5 to 10 years experience in project/program management
-
Ability to switch from Strategic-level discussions to Detailed-level of issues ("Helicopter view")
-
Being influential to ensure effective execution of decisions by other team members (even when there is no line of authority over them)
-
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to document and present information in a concise and business-oriented manner (e.g. for senior management)
