YOUR FUNCTION
- Prepare resource plan + Resource management of the team (inclusive onboarding)
- Prepare + Monitor budget plan
- Prepare + facilitate Steerco
- Prepare the roadmap, track progress & take actions (proactively with the team to ensure the pipeline of the team)
- Facilitate Program Increment planning for the team
- Risk & Issue management
- Reporting to Program Manager (via weekly sessions)
- Alignment with Product Owner and other stakeholders to clarify the roadmap
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in project management (roadmap, budget, resources,…)
- Experience in people management (project related)
- Experience in Agile Way of Working, Scrum & PI planning
- Experience in Jira & Confluence by preference
- Enhanced skills in product backlog management by preference
- As you’re wearing many hats, you need good communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Facilitation Skills
- Problem Solver
- Fluency in English
