YOUR FUNCTION

• Prepare resource plan + Resource management of the team (inclusive onboarding)
• Prepare + Monitor budget plan
• Prepare + facilitate Steerco
• Prepare the roadmap, track progress & take actions (proactively with the team to ensure the pipeline of the team)
• Facilitate Program Increment planning for the team
• Risk & Issue management
• Reporting to Program Manager (via weekly sessions)
• Alignment with Product Owner and other stakeholders to clarify the roadmap

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in project management (roadmap, budget, resources,…)
• Experience in people management (project related)
• Experience in Agile Way of Working, Scrum & PI planning
• Experience in Jira & Confluence by preference
• Enhanced skills in product backlog management by preference
• As you’re wearing many hats, you need good communication, presentation and documentation skills
• Facilitation Skills
• Problem Solver
• Fluency in English
