Project/Product Portfolio Management

Support the PMO in the agile (&hybrid) PPM (Project/Product Portfolio Management) journey, by engaging with the teams and actively promote the adoption of PPM frameworks, practices and tools

 

Responsibilities:

•            Train and support stakeholders in their adoption of PPM framework (PMI, Agile, Hybrid)

•            Support the Head of PMO and key stakeholders in the Demand Management Intake process

•            Support stakeholders in sourcing and contracting for (Agile) PMO related needs

•            Organize and coordinate PMO networking activities and CoPs

•            Support PMO related audits

•            Analyse, monitor and report project and products compliance to the customer standards

•            Communication and change management towards key stakeholders 

•            PPM data maintenance and tooling support

•            Manage and coordinate key stage gate forums for project

Requirements and skills

•            Familiarity with software development

•            Excellent knowledge of agile techniques and artifacts (focus on Scrum, Kanban)

•            Good knowledge of Agile frameworks

•            Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

•            Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

•            Outstanding organizational skills

•            Bachelor degree 

•            Scrum master certification (or any other agile certification) is a must 

•            Experience in a scrum master role and/or Agile Coach – min 2 years

•            Experience with developing & facilitating workshops 

•            Fluent in English and ideally have experience working in an international environment

•            Experience with remote work as a Scrum Master is essential, as is working with distributed teams

Experience 

•            working with remote teams in an international environment 

•            2+ years in support role for PMO 

•            Nice to have:

o            Experienced working with outsourced solution and service delivery partners 

o            Agile experience (Scrum Master)

o            Experience with Azure Devops, One Plan an Power BI tools.
