UX Designer

The UX & E2E journey's team works on projects for Business & Residentials customers. The Proximus' roadmap is important and ambitious, made of complex and interesting projects. Therefore, the team is looking for a UX Designer. She/He will focus on the several projects in the Entreprise (EBU) and/or Residential division (CBU) and help in defining and validating the design of services and products via wireflows and wireframes but not only. She/He will also conduct user research sessions, facilitate workshops, ... in resume find the most appropriate way to design a solution that fits our user's needs.

The goal is to guarantee an optimal end to end digital user's experience on all touch points of the Proximus websites & web/mobile applications.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business to define and develop new concepts.
  • Review and assist in refining business owners' requirements with user journeys, personas,...
  • Define and validate wireflows/wireframes for new digital screens.
  • Work in close collaboration with the user interface team (UI), PO's and the business analyst.
  • Develop content for presentations / UX business opportunities.
  • Participate in short and long-term project efforts.
  • Scheduling basic presentation concepts.
  • Define and conduct user's research.
  • Identify potential usability issue on the production environment (via analytics tooling).
  • Convert research findings into actionable results ("quanti" and "quali").
  • Stay on top of new trends in UX design.
  • Help maintain the UX research library and toolkit.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to other team members.

Degree & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, other related field or equivalent by professional experience.
  • You already acquired 3 to 5 years experience in conducting user experience research using a variety of research methods.
  • Professional and relevant experience in UX on large digital business projects in large companies.
  • Previous relevant work experience as UX Specialist.
  • Experience in telecommunications sector is an asset.

Technical skills

  • Experience in web content management tools, low-code platforms, or coding is an asset.
  • Experience with Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Miro or another design tool is a must.
