Service Desk Team Leader - THE JOB

By joining them, you will :

  • Manage the team.
  • Monitoring the performance of the Service Desk Team.
  • Troubleshoot structural problems.
  • Develop all the procedure.

Service Desk Team Leader - THE PROFILE

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
  • You speak French AND Dutch.
  • You are a leader, you are communicative and want to coach your team.
  • You have general knowledge of the Service Desk environment.
