As Unified Communication Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and project follow-up of a future-proof communication solution that automates and bundles all business communications. To this end, you will focus entirely on the user experience, ease of use and scalability of the unified cloud communication platform.

What will you do?

As a member of the UC team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end UC projects.

• You will be responsible for customer and stakeholder relations throughout the project. 

• You enjoy working on-site at customers' premises to carry out projects from A- Z (technical and administrative).

• You manage internal and external projects and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

• You analyse the technical feasibility of the customer's needs.

• You include the customer in the future-oriented vision of the Dstny UC solutions.

• You lead the virtual team to deliver the required functionalities.

• You are responsible for the end-end follow-up of the projects.

• You configure the solutions in collaboration with your colleagues from the different departments involved.

• You test the solution to ensure quality.

• You report daily to the UC manager.

• At the end of the project, you deliver the technical file to the customer and you ensure a transfer of the file to our support department.

• You provide training and support for UC solutions to other teams within the Dstny Be Group.

What do you need?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in electronics, information technology or have a similar working experience.

• You ideally have a first experience as a UC consultant in Telecom / ICT / UC.

• You translate customer needs into technical requirements.

• Knowledge of project methodologies is a plus.

• You have a hands-on attitude.

• You speak English and French or Dutch.

• An operational knowledge of Microsoft Teams is a plus.
