For one of the largest and most mission critical customers, Proximus supplies and maintains an extremely modern, state-of-the-art technology infrastructure that is deployed for the benefit of the ultimate end users, who use it 24/7/365 in a mission critical context.

Tasks

• Create test-plans for used of future release validations
• Inventorise interface to other services and how they work
• Troubleshooting with developer (document steps taken to re-produce error)
• Follow-up config-file adaptations with developers / engineers
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. technology owners, archtitects and developers) to identify system requirements
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Monitor debugging process results

Profile:

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, both speaking and writing.
