Technical Business Analyst SAP HR

Oliver James is looking for an experienced SAP HR Technical Business Analyst who knows how to deal with the development of current projects at one of our clients in the energy sector.

 

Your mission:

- You analyze, estimate the burden and cost of changes.
- You consider several possible solutions or approaches.
- You evaluate the impact of the changes on the existing system.
- You ensure continuity of service and maintainability of the solution.
- You carry out the required adaptations or developments based on the specifications established upstream.
- You update the reference documentation.
- You develop a test plan, supervise the tests, control the quality and ensure the deployment.
- You follow up and resolve incidents and problems.

 

 

 

 

Your profile:

- You master the Hard HR aspects (Personal administration, Time management, Payroll and post-payroll) and Soft HR (Talent
management, Learning & dev, Performance management, etc.).
- You also have a good knowledge of the SAP HR architecture.
- You have skills in Dev (SAP Fiori and ABAP).
- You know SAP HANA.
- Knowledge of Webdynpro is a plus.
