Within the IT and Management business unit, you have as team manager the following responsibilities;

• Daily follow-up and management of the project team ( young graduates and experienced consultants) at the customer.
• You are responsible for ensuring that every project is of high quality deliver. This implies short follow-up of your teammates' deliverables and the SLA dates.
• Lead by example. You support and assist your team. This can range from operational cooperation, solving practical matters to technical guidance.
• As a team manager you work depending on the project also as a project manager and or  as lead business analyst.
• You are responsible for maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• You participate in the recruitment of new colleagues.
• You get to know your own strengths and work points and you want to develop them further within our customer's company. For example in coaching or coach the coach, giving training, etc.

• You have an Engineering or Master degree ICT.
• You have several years of experience as consultant.
• Work experience with a clear track record of rapid evolution.
• You have experience in managing customer expectations and are committed to
  to answer these.
• You have an eye for strategic developments .
• You are an entrepreneur and want to contribute, not just carry out.
• You are able to keep a helicopter view even if it is hectic.
• You are communicative, have a problem-solving mindset and you want to further develop expertise in interpersonal skills.
• You have a business process management approach.
• Experience with enterprise and software architecture are assets.
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude. 
• You are familiar with the Agile approach.
• Strong writing skills to write user manuals and other documentations or reports. 
• Strong communication skills to train existing users in new capabilities. 
• You speak fluently Dutch and English. French is an asset.
