"Ordina wants to grow and we need you to do it! Your challenge as Talent Acquisition Specialist is to help Ordina grow by getting the best people from the market.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you have a key role in the growth of Ordina. With the right message and tone of voice you know how to get IT experts, consultants and digital talents (junior and medior level) enthusiast and how to bind them to our organization. You will be responsible for the creation and publication of vacancies, CV screening, 1st interview and feedback to candidates.

You also participate in job and school fairs, meet-ups, other events and you actively contribute to our employer branding by developing recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Lead.

You use the latest recruitment tools and are supported by the nicest colleagues. Switching between your immediate colleagues, and of course the business, is very important. You develop into the expert when it comes to our target groups and know how to provide the business with trends, market information and other data within the target groups to be recruited.
A job in which you can use and expand your source experience: finding the best candidates and building a solid funnel is your responsibility. You do this partly from our headquarters in Mechelen or from home."

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you are part of the Ordina Talent Acquisition team, where there is plenty of room for development and we are always open to new initiatives. Currently the team consists of 9 Talent Acquisition colleagues. You will work in an informal culture, where hard work and fun go hand in hand.

Profile description:

  • At least 3 year of demonstrable work experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment
  • You enjoy the challenge of looking for the right IT profiles through various channels
  • You feel at home in an IT environment
  • You like networking and maintaining relationships
  • You are a team player, but you can also work independently
  • You are flexible and know how to come up with creative solutions to get your target group moving;
  • You are results-oriented and can change gear quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • You understand that thorough research within the labor market is necessary to arrive at the right approaches
  • You master the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
