THE JOB

By joining them, you will :

• Help your clients and find the right solution adapted to them.
• Also, configure and prepare the right installation of update and changes.
• Troubleshoot and fix incidents.
• You will get trainings to be more performing.

THE PROFILE

• You have at least 2 years of experience in IT.
• You speak French AND Dutch.
• You are communicative, solution-oriented and you want to learn.
• You have good knowledge of the following technologies such as Windows, Printer network, Service Now, Hardware & Software, Office, etc.
