Service Delivery Manager

For the Managed Cloud Partnership that we have started, we need a Partnership Team to guarantee the predetermined objectives of the Partnership together with the partner.

This team will make the partnership a success, facilitate the implementation of the changed operating model, take the lead in the organizational change management and guarantee compliance with the contract.

To strengthen this team, we are looking for a driven colleague for the role of Delivery Manager.

Your mission:

  • Manage the unexpected, define the problem and action plan
  • Identify and plan project activities
  • Facilitate joint decisions
  • Manage the production of the required deliverables
  • Develop contingency plans
  • Ensure appropriate PXS participation in IT infrastructure projects
  • Ensure appropriate Partner participation in IT application projects
  • Ensure appropriate interaction between IT teams and external customers incl. BICS
  • Monitor Partner performance through guiding, setting up, measuring and reporting about agreed SLAs/KPIs
  • Take actions towards the partner based upon SLA/KPI results

Profile:

  • Experience on diverse business processes in a wide range of industries
  • Product catalog management experience
  • Extensive experience in Infrastructure domain and good understanding of business requirements and IT applications
  • Good exposure and experience in Process management, tailoring and adoption
  • Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and technical skills
  • Good experience in Business process discovery and process modelling
  • Good experience working with development teams
  • Understanding of ITIL processes desired
  • Experience on service level management activities
  • Knowledge of the methodologies, tools and concepts of quality management
  • Understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
