To support our P&C Retail Feature team, AXA Belgium is currently seeking to recruit a Lead Business Analyst/Requirements Specifier. This person will have a transversal leadership responsibility in following the content of all requests directed to the P&C Retail Feature Teams, before reassigning them to the relevant Business Analyst or taking ownership of the request himself. The wide variety of projects can go from new product launches to new partnerships development or enhancements requests, and can be of any scale and budget.

As a Lead Business Analyst/Requirements Specifier, you will assist with the various activities:

  • Define and draft high level Business requirements.
  • Plan, organize, document and lead workshops with internal clients.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Identify other stakeholders necessary within the project.
  • Implicate the Business Analysts of all relevant product teams to assist on a request.
  • Be the SPOC to all stakeholders (Business/IT/Partners) for the change request.
  • Take in charge smaller requests (enhancements, for example), or perform an impact analysis before reassigning the request to other business analysts.
  • Create and execute Test scenarios (UAT)

 

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst.
  • You have an IT Background (within your own experience or project experience)
  • You have been part of transformation projects, not solely maintenance requests.
  • You preferably have experience within the "Non-Life" Insurances sector, if not within the Financial Sector.

In addition:

  • You are an excellent communicator with stakeholders at every level.
  • You are solution-focused, have solid analytical skills and a sense of pragmatism, which enables you to create detailed and relevant reports.
  • You are a quick learner and will operate on a proactive and autonomous basis.
  • You have a good and proven sense of leadership.
  • You have a conversational level in French or Dutch, have a basic understanding of the other national language, and have a good command of English.
