Within this company you'll be in charge of the computer networks by installing, configuring, and maintaining computers in large organisations.

But also in charge of desktop support by providing direct user assistance in combination with global team support.

Your responsibilities will be the following :

• Hardware and software support
• Hardware replacement and OS\SW support You'll keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues You'll troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new user's accounts and profiles and deal with password issues - Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate

What are the skills requiered ?

• Minimum 2 years of experience within IT
• IT Support Service No
• CMDB
• Active Directory
• -SCCM
• Intune Troubleshoot
• Software: O365, Windows OS up to Win10 2022
• Hardware: Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Printers and Network devices
• Good communications skills + C1 English - French is a plus
