We are looking for an experienced Product Architect who is passionate about designing architecture for components in the supply chain, quality and/or transport scope for ArcelorMittal’s ScaleUp programme. The goal of the ScaleUp programme is to improve supply chain and quality processes throughout ArcelorMittal Europe. Our goal is to help build a better world with smarter steels. Steels that are cleaner, stronger and reusable. Using less energy and emitting less carbon.

Your role spans all phases of architectural work, including planning, designing and overseeing development. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the project from start to finish, ensuring high quality and innovative & functional design
• Setting the correct priorities in the team and steering the analysts and developers
• Assembling client needs and translating these requirements in an architecture
• Respecting budget, timeline, ScaleUp standards and guidelines
• Communicating to all stakeholders (both IT and business)

Because of the level of responsibility in this role, experience in IT transversal project management is a hard requirement. You’ll be working in a multicultural environment, which comes with certain language skill requirements: excellent level or native English (the official project language), excellent level Dutch or Spanish – French or German are a plus.

Furthermore, we like to see:

• Understanding of project management & agile methodologies
• Proven working experience as an IT architect
• Efficient communication skills towards different stakeholders
• Creative problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel
• Knowledge of steel industry/supply chain is a big plus
