We have an opportunity for an IT Support Field Engineer to join our dynamic Technical Resource Group team and work for one of our key customers around the Gent region.
What You'll Need
- Experience in a service desk or as a field engineer
- Able to follow up on incidents & to set priorities
- Flexible & willing to adjust to different client environments and needs
- Service minded and result-oriented
- Structured and a fast learner
- Very good communication skills: Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required
Strong technical knowledge:
- PC’s and laptops
- Windows10
- MS office 2016, O365
- Azure AD, Endpoint / Intune is a benefit
- Printers
A broad knowledge of different technologies:
- Network, LAN, WAN, IPT
- Printers and network printing
- Citrix environment and applications
- smartphone and tablets
- Experience with the delivery of Field Support
- Experience with remote user assistance
Personality:
- Customer focused, understanding customer needs
- Autonomous, to be able to organise own workload
- Team player
- Resilient person to be able to cope with a very fast-moving landscape
- Positive and responsive mindset
- Very good communication skills: fluent in Dutch / French / English
