By joining iSTORM Projects you will:

• The team works with 1500 computer systems replacing and restoring physical machines
• Provide (IT) Support Engineering Process Automation department
  • Specific domain: industrial IT infrastructure
  • Application support of automation systems
  • Implementation and support of applications in production
  • Troubleshooting of problems related to automation systems
  • PC and devices support (printers,…)
• The current working schedule is 24x5. (3 shifts: early-late-night) (there are shifts only in the week, not in the WE)

• The consultant has an IT background and has also a hands-on mentality
• About 1 à 2 years’ work experience in IT support (ideally in an industrial production environment)
• Electronica is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dutch is mandatory Written knowledge of English for reading documents.
• Good communication and adaptation skills are required since there are a lot of contact with the operators from the production
