As Junior Business Developer your responsabilities will be deployed on 3 main pillars
Business development :
- New clients hunting, building a stable network and matining existitng client
- Long term relationship building
- Terms and conditions negotiation
Talent acquisition :
- Conduct interviews and personality / competences assessments
- Having your client’s needs in mind, you will match your candidates profiles to your client’s requirements
- You will be supported by an HR Team
People Management :
• Build a team of consultant and enhance their growth
o Finding them the most suitable projects at your clients
o Plan their training & development
• Regular follow-up during and after their missions
Who are you ?
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Language : excellent command of one local langue is required, and proficency in English
- Experience in IT / Engineering consulting or recruitment industry is an asset
- Business acumen
