IT Engineering TeamLead

  • You will integrate in our client’s operations department, covering several kind of Support Teams;   
  • You will supervise follow-up and allocation of tickets and service requests;
  • You will act as the right-hand man (M/V/X)  of the End User Systems Manager;
  • You will provide expertise to the colleagues of the Support Teams;
  • You will provide expertise in defining, designing and supporting ICT services;
  • You will stimulate new concepts and ideas in close collaboration with the business units, Architecture and IT;
  • You will act as Subject Matter Expert for various projects;
  • You will ensure the functional management and personnel management of the team;
  • You will set and assess individual employee objectives, you will identify training needs;
  • You will support the Operations Department with improvement projects;
  • You will discuss and tackle structural problems within the team;
  • You will capture and handle questions from the business;
  • You will assist in providing operational support.

Profile:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in an IT, economic or financial direction, or you are equivalent through relevant professional experience;
  • You have several years of experience in a managerial position;
  • You have good knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and Active Directory;
  • You have at least some Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, DNS, DHCP);
  • You have experience with and good understanding of ITSM;
  • You have excellent analytical skills, you have high level of conceptual and network thinking and you are able to understand and integrate different aspects and requirements from a global perspective;
  • You are customer and service oriented, you are a team player who easily interacts with others;
  • You have strong developed communication skills, you have very good negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
