You will join the team that is responsible for internet, TV, VOIP access, public WiFi access and voice over WiFi. The team's domain is RADIUS authentication, authorization and accounting for the internet and the servers and routers for Wifi access, VOIP/ZTC DHCP and Public DNS.

You will get your place given a place within this experienced team, where the complete design, development and implementation, as well as maintenance and operations are carried out.

• Within the team you participate in the design, development and implementation of RADIUS for authentication, authorization and accounting for internet services.
• You participate in the implementation of new services for the internet, public WiFi, voice over WIFI, public DNS and DHCP.
• Together with your colleagues you analyse problems and you find the root cause. You will use this to work out and implement improvements and corrections.
• You document the changes, implementations and scripts before you put them into production.
• You get satisfaction from solving customer problems and provide support for both residential and professional customers.
• You participate in our on-call service.

Profile:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or in telecommunications or equivalent through experience.
• You have a basic knowledge of IP networking, routers, LAN/WAN and WLAN.
• You have a good knowledge of mechanisms and protocols of internet services such as Radius authentication, authorization and accounting, PPP, DHCP, DNS,…
• You have experience with Linux / Unix
• You have a reasonable knowledge or affinity with scripting, knowledge of Java, Perl or SQL.
• Knowledge of mobile networks is a plus
• You are analytical, critical and you attach great importance to quality.
• You act solution-oriented
• You have an eye for detail and you work meticulously
• You have good communication skills, you can communicate well and concisely
• You are customer-oriented
• You are stress resistant
• You are a team player but you are able to work independently.
• You are fluent in English and at least one of the national languages (FR or NL).
