HR administrator

• You take care of the HR related administrative management of the employees while safeguarding the correct processes and administrative handling:

  1. You manage and update the personnel files;
  2. You manage the organization's pay and job classification system;
  3. You are responsible for drawing up social and legal documents, employment contracts, insurance, certificates, etc.;
  4. You carry out changes for payroll in various systems;
  5. You are responsible for declarations, contractual changes, pension administration, etc.

• You are responsible for payroll administration in collaboration with the external Employers' Social - Accounting company;
• You follow up administrative / legal procedures regarding absenteeism and integration policy.

• You process and answer the day-to-day HR administrative questions of the business.
• You keep your social-legal knowledge up-to-date, and you ensure that HR policy and HR operations comply with legal requirements.

• You help the HR business partner to develop the HR policy;

  1. You are responsible for the administrative and legal aspects of the policy;
  2. You monitor the application of the internal policy (governance);
  3. You advise the business on administrative and legal matters for employees;
  4. You do the follow-up the application of formal performance interviews by the business.

     

    • You have a bachelor’s or master's degree in HR or similar equivalent work experience.
    • You have a good operational knowledge of social legislation.
    • You have experience in a similar position.
    • You have strong communicational and analytical skills.
    • You’re a people person, you're spontaneous and make contacts easily
    • You’re a great team player.
    • You easily adapt to varying situations and a varying audience.
    • You have good knowledge of English, French and Dutch.
