In order to better measure the user experience and make improvements based on data analysis, we are looking for a data analyst with a focus on customer experience.

The data analyst will collect, measure and analyze the technical data coming from our Proximus Wi-Fi devices installed at customer locations. This data will be aligned or correlated with other customer user experience data or network info in close collaboration with other teams in order to continuously monitor the user experience and further improve it where possible.

Responsibilities:

• Think out of the box
  • Starting from the technical data collected by the Wi-Fi devices, you will look for the information which has an influence on the user experience.
  • You will have a close collaboration with other teams collecting user experience data in order to correlate the data.
• Make Smart Wi-Fi even smarter
  • Based on the analyses, you make proposals to improve the Wi-Fi user experience for our customers.
• Manage success
  • You will help to set up a continuous monitoring and trend analysis of the user experience to measure improvement actions.

Your profile:

• You completed analysis in various complex environments.
• You have interest/knowledge on databases: SQL, PL/SQL, MS Excel & Power BI.
• You have a good technical knowledge in IP networking (routers, Access Points, LAN/WAN en WLAN, OSI-model, routing, traffic analyse, switching, firewalls, VPN, network switches and operating systems: Linux/Windows).
• You have interest/knowledge in Agile development principles & methodologies.
• You are analytical, assertive and solution oriented.
• You are optimistic and creative with an open mind and with leadership skills.
• Customer centricity is part of your nature.
• You value communication and collaboration with others.
• You have a learning attitude.
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory (both oral and written). French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
