Corporate recruiter

The job

  • You will join the Corporate HR team where you will support the different business units on recruitment and talent topics. You work alongside with your colleagues in the domain of Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development. Together with them, you will take ownership in projects for attracting and engaging the employees.
  • You will be involved in the recruitment and selection of employees within different functional domains (IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, …). 
  • You liaise with the business to ensure a good understanding of their need.
  • You select the most suitable candidates and you coordinate the hiring process from A to Z. You work closely with external consultancy agencies. You select and maintain contacts with key players on the labor market. 
  • You find talent by personalizing job postings, setting up career pages or offering networking possibilities…You make people follow the company.
  • As you follow-up continuously latest developments and tendencies you will be involved in broader Talent Management topics like:  internal mobility, coaching & development, …
     

Profile

  • You have preferably a Master’s degree in Human Sciences, Psychology, Economics … and a strong interest in Human Capital.
  • You have a first experience or large experience within Talent Acquisition. 
  • You have an entrepreneurial personality, a strong sense of responsibility and the determination to persevere.
  • You are a motivated and dynamic person.
  • You have a strong interest in the digital world (social networking, apps, …).
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
