You are part of the team that is responsible for the Contact Centre Platform (CCP) Software mainly based on Genesys. Over 5000 front-end and back-end agents from our internal and external contact centres make use of the CCP to interact over several channels such as voice, chat, social media with our customers.

 

Responsible for

• You are responsible for the installation and maintenance of the CCP environment.
• With your technical expertise you provide assistance in analysing, designing, testing, developing and debugging the CCP applications.
• You provide technical guidance for the evolution of the CCP software.
• You define and setup monitoring and alerting of the CCP environment
• You participate in all phases of project development life cycle.
• You collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementations.
• You analyse and review enhancements for compatibility, adhere to operating guidelines and perform root cause analysis and integration testing.
• You take a lead of the operations and guide the first line team members.
• You are a team player who is flexible and participates in the on call schedule.

Your profile:

• You have knowledge of Call Centre Platform software such as Genesys (preferable Genesys Engage v8.0 and higher Environment).
  • Framework, Routing, Reporting, GVP/IVR, Outbound, Multi-channel Applications
  • Reporting (Genesys Infomart)
  • Intelligent Workload Distribution (Genesys IWD)
  • Digital Channels (Genesys E-services: Chat, Social Engagement, Bot Gateway)
• You have experience in SIP servers, SIP call analysis and SIP-Trunking.
• You have excellent DB Knowledge: SQL/Elastic Search/Oracle/Couchbase
• You possess programming skills in at least one of the following : C#/Java/Shell scripting
• You have knowledge on XML, VXML, PHP, HTM.
• You have worked with webserver applications, certificates (ssl + mTLS), websockets (signalR - cometD).
• You have a working experience in LINUX and windows environments.
• You are familiar with Cloud implementations.
• You are analytical, assertive and think solution-oriented.
• Being pro-active and having a can-do attitude are part of your key character traits.
• You are eager to learn and love to work on changing and emerging technologies.
• You have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• You are fluent in English and preferable also in either Dutch or French.
• You are familiar with Agile development.
