Contexte/context:

Strengthening Comm telephony.

Perform RUN and BUILD tasks on the existing Alcatel telephone exchanges.

 ITIL support

• Incident management & trend analysis
• Event management
• Problem management
• Release management
• Configuration management
• Life Cycle Management
• Performance Tuning
• Capacity management
• Re- & pro actieve monitoring
• (License Follow-up)

Analysis, preparation and implementation of changes

Build To Run quality review

• • Technical User Guide
• • Operations Guide
• • Troubleshooting Guide

IAAS:

• Standardization
• Automation
• Reports to service delivery manager ICT IAAS

Responsabilités :

Management of the 15 existing Alcatel telephone exchanges

• Alcatel PABX

• Call center functionaliteit op Alcatel centrales

• Beheer Proximus VMS

Very good knowledge and experience with the above technologies is a must.

Experience is a plus for:

• Wireshark, Cacti, Netflow, IMC
• IPAM Deliverables
• Record and resolve tickets via service management tool Axios Assyst within standard SLAs
• Assigned tasks in changes (&projects) according to scope timing and planning
• Communication with customers, suppliers and management
